This price list has been designed as a guide and prices quoted may vary depending on individual needs and the difficulty in carrying out each item of treatment.
A ‘Treatment Plan Estimate’ is usually provided at an examination or consultation. The ‘Treatment Plan Estimate’ may need to change during a course of treatment due to clinical or radiographic findings. In such circumstances, you will be informed prior to treatment.
All fees are required to be paid prior to completion of treatment.
Patients are requested to give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a dental appointment. Cancellations should be made by telephone on 01296 337373. Late cancellations and missed appointments may represent a cost to the practice, when other patients could have been seen in the time set aside for the patient. Therefore, we charge a fee of £45 for every 30 minutes of appointment time failed to attend or cancelled at short notice for private appointments only.
We do not charge NHS patients for a late cancellation or missed appointment. However, we reserve the right to ask a patient to find another dental practice if they continue to miss appointments.
Please see our Appointment Management and Cancellation Policy for further information.
Our Guarantee
We will guarantee all inlays, crowns, bridges, implant restorations and veneers for a 1 year period against mechanical failure. Zirconia/Emax crowns and veneers come with a 5 year warranty against mechanical failure.
Implants carry a 10-year warranty against any fracture of the substructure.
These are valid providing the following terms are met:
- The patient attends the practice for a minimum of two hygienist appointments in each subsequent year following treatment completion and has adhered to the prescribed maintenance techniques.
- No damage has occurred as a consequence of further dental treatment, undue care or trauma.
- No balance remains outstanding on the patient’s account.
- Failure is not the result of tooth decay, periodontal disease or peri-implantitis.
- All ceramic crown restorations will be replaced once only and if future fractures develop, the replacement cost will be borne by the patient. Following the fracture of a restoration, the patient will be required to wear a soft bite guard at night- time to prevent the overloading of restorations.
Materials used for private restorative dentistry are specially selected and are of superlative quality. For our prosthetic denture & crown and bridgework, a team of specialist technicians have been specially chosen, with whom we work closely to produce a final product to a very high standard.
