All-on-Four Dental Implants

The All-on-Four dental implants system is suited to patients who have multiple missing teeth or who have been wearing dentures and wish to switch to a more permanent replacement solution.

The system uses 4-6 implants to support a whole arch of teeth, on which a dental bridge will sit.

How does All-on-Four work?

All-on-Four works by placing the 4-6 implants at specific angles (30-45 degrees) so that they have the ability to support a dental bridge. Placing the implants this way means that patients with low bone density can still have treatment without requiring a bone graft. All-on-Four can restore confidence, aesthetics and tooth and jaw function.

What is involved with the treatment process?

At an initial consultation appointment, we will address your suitability for All-on-Four and answer any questions you might have. Impressions of your teeth will be taken so your dental bridge can be made up. At a second appointment, your dentist will surgically place the titanium implants into your jawbone and leave them to fuse over a period of 6 months. During this time, we will give you a temporary bridge. We will then invite you back to have your custom bridge fitted.
